Anti bacterial - puritex products

This range of notice boards and display products are manufactured using anti bacterial fabric and infill, offering a long lasting method for eliminating bacteria. They do not require any further application or treatment.

A new range of anti-bacterial display products giving unparalleled performance against bacteria in all health care, catering, education and other sensitive areas. The fabric eliminates 99.9 % of bacteria including MRSA within1 hour of exposure for the duration of the life of the fabric.The fabric has a silver yarn woven into the base fabric. This naturally works through ionisation as the electron release of the silver smoothers any micro-organism that "lands" on the fabric.

  • Fabric tested in accordance with the following antibacterial standards: AATCC100, AATCC147, JIS L 1902, EN ISO 20645 and EN ISO 20743
  • Will not support bacterial growth including: MRSA, E.Coli, Aspergillus, Niger, Altinata, Salmonella, Penicillium, Staphylococcus, Aureus, Cladosporium Herbarism
  • Fabric assists with the compliance of the Health Act 2006 code of practice for the prevention and control of health care associated infections.
  • Infill panels use 100% recycled backing which is pinable. It includes a biocide which is included in the manufacturing process on a continuous basis to combat bacterial growth.
  • All components have the following fire retardent standards: FABRIC Class B1 DIN4102, Class M1 NF P 92-507, Class 1 EN13773. INFILL Class B BS EN 13823:2002 & BS EN 11925-2

Therefore these products eliminate 99.9% of bacteria including MRSA within 1 hour of exposure, fire retardant components to Class B, manufactured in the UK with UK made components.

The smooth aluminium frame prevents any build up dust for easy cleaning. No further applications are required to the fabric for full anti-bacterial protection.

These hanbuilt quality boards are manufactured using a combination of eco friendly timber available in oak stained, mahogany or beech finishes.

The infill and fabric are produced using puritex material offering 99.9% protection against the growth of bacteria.

The doors are manucatured using shatterproof PETG which is fare rated to BS 5876 part 2 1980. All doors have security locks
